It is established in India’s famous Pink city Jaipur. Saraswati Global Ltd. is among the very few companies in India which has an in-house production facility including Spinning of Yarn, Wool Dyeing, Designing, Weaving and Finishing etc. The group's turnover has crossed Rs. 100 Crores with annual export of Rs. 40 crores to U.S.A alone. We have successfully participated in over 25 international trade fairs. It was given the "Export House" status in the year 1995 and the "Trading House" status in 1999 by the Ministry of Commerce, Govt.of India. It is an ISO 9001-2008 certified company.
IN HOUSE PRODUCTION FACILITY

WOOL GODOWN: Saraswati Global Ltd. has its own raw material purchasing department and a huge storehouse in Bikaner. India boosts of Asia’s biggest wool center in Bikaner city. We purchase the best quality of wool and silk for our carpet production.

SPINNING MILL: Company has its in-house facility of spinning yarn at its own spinning mill, in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

DYEING PLANT: Company has its own modern automated Wool/Silk dyeing machines and dryer with the facilities of charkha dyeing and Bhatti dyeing.

TESTING LAB: Company has equipments in its testing lab for testing of wool quality and dyeing quality. We test wool strength, TPI, Oil percentage and CSP.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Saraswati Global Ltd. has one of the India’s biggest research & design development department for carpets. Our company has done extensive market survey research and has also updated the technical know-how that is based upon developing, changing and evolving trends and demands in the world markets. We have developed innumerable designs and qualities of carpets in hundred of colors and styles etc. We have experts and experienced designers, matchers, developers for regular development of new concepts of carpet designs as per the International level to meet the requirements of the consumers and also to achieve good aesthetic look, cost effectiveness and long durable quality. Saraswati Global has a very large collection of designs developed in past 20 years, and has launched thousands of carpets with distinctive designs and ornamental patterns, which have been accepted globally.
OWN LOOMS

Weaving is being done over 6000 company owned looms without any mediator in the midst, under the strict supervision of the area commanders. We are able to maintain stringent quality control measures at every process of carpet manufacturing. We have the capacity to cater any quantity of requirements as we have more than four, well equipped manufacturing facilities across India.
FINISHING CENTRES

Saraswati Global Ltd. has its own finishing centers, where the raw carpets are being transformed into finished products. Carpet finishing involves many steps including - Clipping, Thukai, Birai, Karni, Washing, Rafoo final clipping etc. The washing process is also entirely done in-house.

We have always been known for our timely delivery schedules and prompt customer service. As all the processes of carpet-making are done by us in-house, our carpets are very competitive as far as costs are concerned. Also, we are the only manufacturer who can assure the clients colorfastness of the products. The company’s market share has taken quantum jumps in the past decade.
